Custom Products Warranty:

We offer a one-year guarantee on all Custom Cell Phone Accessories, ensuring they are free from defects in workmanship or material during regular use from the date of purchase. If you encounter any issues within this period, and it is determined that the defect was present at the time of manufacture or arose under normal use, we will either repair or replace the cell phone accessories or components as needed.

Returns & Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for custom-produced merchandise, which includes items with custom sizes, colors, functions, or those specifically designed for smart devices or equipment. However, any issues related to the warranty conditions mentioned earlier will be promptly addressed for all custom products we have manufactured.

Exchanges:

Our policy only allows for replacements of items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please reach out to us via email at sales@uusguide.com and send the item to the following physical address: {physical address}.

Shipping Returns:

For product returns, please mail your item to the following physical address: {physical address}.

Kindly note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item, and these shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
